Manager/ Sr Manager-BD-Valuation Vertical

Location: Gurgaon/Kolkata/Jaipur

Job Description:

-    Knowledge of providing Valuation services across diverse sectors including real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, automotive components, manufacturing etc., using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
-    Knowledge about various regulations governing the Valuation Industry.
-    Knowledge about valuation of tangible/intangible assets to facilitate strategic decision making by clients, for reporting and regulatory purposes (including purchase price allocations etc.)
-    Evaluating the business proposals looking at financial and non-financial information.
-    Identifying the Target Market viz Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporate, Auditors, Lawyers, Government & Semi Government bodies / Authorities.
-    Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
-    Networking within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualifying leads using industry news and publications and also maintaining existing client relationships.
-    Responsible for building, leading and directing the business development function to ensure regular revenue achievement and significant opportunity growth in conjunction with the company’s strategic plan.
-    Communicate and present effectively to all client levels.
-    Client data base creation and maintenance through secondary research.
-    Creation of presentation formats and marketing collaterals for diversified requirements.
-    Preparation of applications for empanelment with various Financial Institutions and Government Bodies.
-    Participation in conferences, meetings, industry events and management presentations, to enhance networking and branding of the firm.

AVP/DVP

Location: Mumbai
Experience: at least 5 years
Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA

Field of experience:

-    Strong credit experience (Front End) from Corporate Banking/Equity Fund/ Private Equity
-    Financial Modelling
-    Credit execution

Responsibilities:

-    Providing advance financial solutions (debt/equity financing) by understanding the requirements of the client, and the applicable financial and other aspects including sustainable goals/developmental aspects of client’s business and/or specific projects of the client.
-    Tapping new lenders/FIs/DFIs/Impact investors for arranging funding (debt/equity) for mandated clients
-    Mapping relevant funding opportunities as per the criteria of the lenders
-    Maintaining lender relationships
-    Ensuring quality and completeness of IMs/project notes
-    Advising clients obtaining necessary credit approvals

Key Account Manager

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Responsibilities would include:

-    Managing existing key accounts
-    Identifying and acquiring new clients
-    Strategizing entry across industrial segments
-    Supporting technology led procurement
-    Achieving accelerated growth with proper planning, executing and continuous monitoring of the sales operations
